Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: There are zero refunds on deposits or products. There is a strict 10 minute grace period. You must reschedule or cancel 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any reschedules in the 24 hour window/missing your grace period will result in a $15 fee.  If you arrive 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged a $10 fee. If you arrive 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, a new appointment must be booked.
